Ha! I'm still innocent! In this game, I mean, because I haven't got my role yet.

Fellto, I really did feel bad about that. I've just decided that I have to play the cards that are dealt to me. And I will stand here, before this group and before this game starts, and say that I avoid out-and-out lies while playing, whether I'm a Ogoodie or a baddie. I've talked about telling lies on writeboards, to save myself and whatnot, but it's never come to that. I got lynched once as an innocent and once as scum, but unless I've done some sort of "denial" thing, I don't think I've told a blatant fib in Mafia.

Good grief, I hope I'm Vanilla Town in this game.

It's my favourite role, for one thing, but I've also been baddie recently, and I don't so much enjoy the end game. Being scum is odd to me (though also honourable, in its own way) with its related responsibilities.

But I honestly enjoy NOT knowing who's who at the start. I consider it a healthy mental exercise, and melded with the funny stuff that happens during the game, what's not to like?

my favorite roles are vanilla town, vig and town compatible indie.

I think I bring a vig mentality to all town roles, though.
