Assassins in the Castle Game Thread

Post by Azathoth » Mon Oct 04, 2010 10:07 am

The group makes its way to the throne room and locks themselves in. Nobody will enter or leave this room until the assassins are dead.

Execute an assassin. 8 votes needed.

Ok, assassins. Own up. Who are you?

Nice! I didn't know you drank that often. Maybe you have said so in another thread, but who has time to read all the threads? :ask:

Good going, anyway, and keep it up

I actually wonder what assassin tells would be in a game like this. It's not like mafia where you can sit back, appear helpful and pick off people during the night, is it?

One thing I would be deadly afraid of as an assassin would be inadvertently nominating one of the royals for execution. That would make it scary to do one of the first nominations.

But how would we as guards execute an assassin who had nominated a royal? The assassin would then be quite certain that his nomination for execution was one of the royals, and he would be able to assassinate one.

So if one of the assassins by accident nominate one of the royals we should perhaps find other reasons to execute them?

Faith, here's an equivocator, that could
swear in both the scales against either scale; who committed treason enough for God's sake, yet could not equivocate to heaven.

Second rate British playwrights are not common in Norwegian education.

Still.. Revenge voting, I think.

You lucky lucky bastards.
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.
