GM Note
For this game, you will be assigned names as well as roles. For example, you might be Sir Lancelot and Vanilla Town, or you may be The Bridgekeeper and Scum.
These names are offered as flavor and do not need to be used in the game. However, if you find yourself under suspicion, you may reveal that your name is Sir Lancelot. This is a fair indication that you are town, but does not reveal you specialty. No two players will have the same name.
But, be warned that the Scum team will be given Safe Names to claim, in addition to their actual names. These will be names that are not held by anyone in town.
Rest assured, though, that the Major Monty Python Names will most likely be town, and secondary characters (however "good" they may be) could be Town or Scum.
IOW. Sir Lancelot is very likely to be Town, and there's only one of him in the game.
Brother Maynard (with the hand grenade) could be either alignment, but is probably town.
The Bridgekeeper could be either alignment, but is probably Scum.
For those of you uninitiated to Monty Python Lore, fear not.
These names are merely for flavor and only tend to show alignment. You may be fooled if you put too much trust into this aspect of the game.
