It was mentioned in other games on RatSkep that voting for yourself might be worthy of godkill also consistent failure to post over a number of days and also breaking the rules. I take from this that godkill is the GM killing someone for breaking the rules or doing somethng they don't like.
I checked your link and there is no mention of voting for oneself being against the rules.
But the way things operate, I can't be sure.

You are right,"Godkill" is a GM kill and it's usually for breaking the rules in a way that could break the game, such as by posting one's role PM. Some games specify a minimum number of posts per day. If that minimum isn't met, then the penalty could be godkill. This game doesn't have a minimum post count requirement.
