You would have been told your scum mates in your opening role PM. You know, the one that "told you you are scum".

Couple of things.... in the places where I normally play, I wouldn't be so fast to clear any of us for lynching RA if I were you... here seems a bit, ahem, special, in that regard, though.

Also, Durro referred to it obliquely, but if Lion kills meph tonight and he is scum, don't fall into the trap of thinking that clears Normal, everyone.
All I can say is that I am vanilla town with no special role. I know that doesn't help much though.

My role is 'milk straight up kitteh'.

vote Redial

Nice job by the way, Feck.

First of all:

Unvote JA Poisson
Vote Redial

HA. This gives me renewed confidence in my judge of character.
J.A.Poisson wrote:haha unvote vote redial. Lion, kill meph tonight. If he's town we'll lynch normal tomorrow.
If it's the last useful thing I can do for town, I strongly recommend that Lion NOT try to kill me at night.
Animavore wrote:Actually Meph kept changing his mind on the first day voting for Virph, twink, redial and then witticism. Is this the actions of scum fucking around and throwing out smokescreens?
I didn't have anything to go off of...

I forgot to post this last night, but I need to formally apologize to you for thinking that you were evil. I was an asshole, and I'm kind of angry at myself for being so easily manipulated. I'm pretty certain that we don't have two near-invincible cats on our team, and I think that given the large number of people it's far more likely oblivion made the entire Committeh town and gave the serial killer, AKA JA, some extra defense.

Sorry. I meant to be talking about durro, got mixed up.

Meph. I'm guessing scum, not playing a town game, playing a "meph" game.
After reading back through the first round I agree. He's all over the place and it looks like he's just having a laugh enjoying himself knowing he has poweh.
HEY aside from Day 1, I've narrowed it down to two or three people and always made a decision between the two by the end of the day. I don't know what else you guys want from me. I don't see how I could have been more decisive.

You see the trouble I have now is that I'm likely to investigate someone who will get killed tonight .. (or get killed myself )

I'm not worrying abut tomorrow 'til it comes. I could be dead first of all and then the events of tonight could shed new light. There's a possibility of up to 3 killings tonight. And with the vigi and serial killer running around a chance of 2 scum getting killed as well as a chance of the scum hitting the serial killer and who knows what your investigation may uncover (provided you're not dead).
Nah. Too many things can happen for me to even consider it right now. It's going to get tense from here on in.

I see my name has cropped up on a suspect list, yet I am at a complete loss to understand why or how, except that Redial decided to include me on a list of people she named as likely to be innocent. I would recommend looking for corroborating evidence of guilt. I do wonder how a couple of players whom I would regard as highly dubious seem to have quietly slipped off the suspect lists, but I'm always suspicious of other players who sling mud around and I'm not going to do it unless I'm sure: which I'm not.

For the record, then, I'm Bucket Cat and I'm vanilla town.

Another thing that is worrying is that the pantyhose criminal is working on their own. It will be very difficult to figure out who this is, because they don't have any other persons neck to save. So they can easily vote along with the trusted innocents and not appear suspicious. Hopefully, Lion - maybe you'll get a lucky shot next night round. Either that or the mafia cats will catch whoever it is.

That's unless there is more than one killer. It could be another Mafia group but I doubt it. I think oblivion deliberately chose the style of killing to fit that of a serial killer as a clue to the rest of us.

Not true, I have voted every day. Finger pointing with flawed information? Very scummy tactic DP.

Vote Redial it will be DP tomorrow in the absence of a confirmed scummer from feck.
Sorry Ghat, I was replying to Durros post and only saw you mentioned on that one vote and couldn't remember seeing many votes from you.

Should have taken the time to check back through the thread myself before jumping to any conclusions.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Let us think the unthinkable, let us do the undoable, let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.
