Great game Ghat.

Unfortunately, I seemed to have it all wrong.

I had my vote on gib the first day, but after that he acted very townish.

Feck if you viewed gib last night, he must have come up guilty. no? Why didn't you vote for him off the bat today?

And nice little showcase higgs - it had me convinced.

I know that Irre is good at acting it up too, so I wasn't sure who to believe.

Good job DP, you made up for all the senseless-innocent killing you did! and Feck too.

I've never actually had a special role though, in all of mafia. Actually once. It's always been vanilla town or scum.

I don't think it would ever happen. All the various styles of people on here makes for a great game each time

people strike sparks occasionally, and there are a few epic mafia rivalries and such. but that sort of thing doesn't bring games down as long as people participate. People and actions that give players something to talk about are important in mafia. We were all complaining about a slow day 1 in this game, and it was pretty typical that most of the actual squabbles were among town players.

people strike sparks occasionally, and there are a few epic mafia rivalries and such. but that sort of thing doesn't bring games down as long as people participate. People and actions that give players something to talk about are important in mafia. We were all complaining about a slow day 1 in this game, and it was pretty typical that most of the actual squabbles were among town players.

Squabbles between town players are useful. I estbalished you as town in my mind.
It also brought other players in and gave much for people to discuss.
I'll shut up in future. Nkd by the vig on day 1 is not the way I want to go.

Denny, you asked why you seem scummy ... for me generally people *look* scummy if they're not paying enough attention to what's going on and/or are posting very little ... either too few posts, or posts with too little content. You're often borderline with this behaviour, I think, as is morticia. gib's game is often like that, but was definitely so this game. I picked him up on it right from the start .. though, as irre (or was it oblivion) said earlier, Zigmen turned out to be the better lynch on day one.

We should have standards and conventions for mafia. It should be like bridge. We should ostracize anyonewho deviates from the norm of how to play their role.

Oblivion, if you could just write up a manual for this the we should be set. We can play duplicate mafia.
