Re: Monopoly Day 3
I've considered it MZ and I don't know about Irre but I'm almost certain I'm town .

Re: Monopoly Day 3
maybe you are right.
Irre made this reply to Charlou
I don't remember seeing gib's post about nelli being an SK when I went through his posts earlier. I wonder what else I missed. going to have a look for that post.
Irre made this reply to Charlou
two minutes later, Charlou posted this, irretating wrote:Yes, but she took out a scum. Why not leave her on the payroll while she's helping.charlou wrote:So DP claims he's the doc and says he protected oblivion ... So what? DP's claim, even if true, means nothing wrt to whether oblivion is an indie or scum.
It actually doesn't much matter whether oblivion is an indie or scum, she's not town. If she's lynched and flips scum, I'll not be surprised .. and if she flips SK, that's good for town too .. Either way we're rid of the non-town WIFOM.
I'm thinking mantis is don...fits with gib mayor voting her, oblivion's scumdar going off, her voting higgs to save squid. Occams says it is mantis and squid. If we try squid today and he is scum, then we are plain sailing.
Unvote vote squid
and hasn't posted again so far.charlou wrote:I did make a brief mention yesterday that I thought you were playing a town game. I haven't changed my mind about that.Feck wrote:Charlou hasn't mentioned me which is odd because she can spot my town game better than you all.

Re: Monopoly Day 3
MZ, what do you think of this post from just before daybreak? http://rationalia.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... 80#p739988
he was saying that he would have killed charlou and viewed gib instead of what I did. If he knew that gib could be revealed as scum within minutes of that post, would he have made it if he were scum?

I copied this from your quote on the previous page.
gib wrote:
Why do we think we have a vig and not a serial killer? If there's a chance it's a SK then Nelli would be a good fit.

Re: Monopoly Day 3
ah...thanks.
Yeah, I think that mostly clears Nelli.
It could be that I just don't get the psychology of scum-Feck. That's not something I would say in that circumstance if I were scum.

Re: Monopoly Day 3
so we're back to gib objectively helping prevent Squid's lynch with a late followy vote after me. and we have gib and Feck interacting heavily on day 1 and 2 regarding first the Jynx/Feck kerfuffle and then the Squid/Feck thing.

Re: Monopoly Day 3
At the time it seemed a pointless thing to suggest.
Looking back, it has it's scum merits because it creates the illusion that he's thinking about it from a town perspective.

Re: Monopoly Day 3
I don't think gib expected his vote to be on the winning lynch.
In fact I think he was trying to place a vote somewhere safe, where it would not count.
Squid was the choice because it didn't put squid in the lead.
gib didn;t vote on day 1 and i questioned him about this.
I think he felt pressured to get his vote down somewhere.

Re: Monopoly Day 3
The only way I'll consider feck as scum is if he's scum with squid. That would fit the little tiff they had, which everyone else thought was way personal.

That seems to be the answer when ever somebody notes that this or that I did would not have been done by scum 'Ah but Feck is Evil evil scum'

For accuracy.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.
