As I've said before, more than once, I agree that the whole voting mayor in order to view thing is shite .. The mayor has extra voting power, so that's what the mayor should be voted in on. A seer can and will view whoever they consider needs viewing.

And, as I've said more than once, if the Seer ends up NKed early in a game, everyone assumes the the Mayor is cleared, which is good for Town. Town needs to clear players.

Except for players like you who botch this up.

I don't assume this at all.

It's busy as fuck oblivion.

also, I'm feeling old skool, maybe because I've taken a break from playing a game or two every week. we'll see how long it lasts.

iclad claimed to have played 2 games before in the sign-up thread, so probably won't be NKed early.
Probably won't be NKed early?

What about lynched early?

Why did you point out the NK style specifically and not just say "get killed early?"
It's very hard to know at the start of the game who is likely to get lynched early. Who do you think, based on all the info available to you right now, is most likely to survive to endgame?
What does who is likely to survive have to do with it? The idea is to find and lynch the scum.

Is this your first game?
The context of the discussion you are jumping into here is that people are questioning me about post #2. Who is likely to survive is relevant for seer view suggestions, since it's best if the view targets are still alive when a seer outs.

Don't answer that Linus, let ob make the case herself rather then allowing others to provide it for her.
