The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

I would say that either the person who had the majority of votes had an immunity or there was a tie.

Enough game talk in here. The computer will begin it's curfew sweep soon. You can still communicate in the main thread. All habitation pods are equipped with a terminal
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Apology excepted. I think my RL timezone already puts me at a disadvantage in this game, and I'm probably as confused as you.heyzeus wrote:Sorry for accusing you, lofuji. I'm still a bit confused about how this particular game works and I was trying to play in character and have a bit of fun.
Back to work. Ho, hum.
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out brief candle
Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing. [Macbeth]
It am wicked to mock the afflicted. [BH (Calcutta), failed]
Dope will get you through times of no money better than money will get you through times of no dope. [Freewheelin' Franklin]

Sorry people. The power supply for my laptop is dead. If I cant sort it out I will have to put the game on hold for a day or so until I can get a new one. On battery now and it isn't going to last long
