I reckoned it was DP as soon as someone pointed out he wasn't playing initially.
Which roles could be subbed?

Just repeating the obivous maybe, but just so I've got this clear.
Mono (+ani) was a vig kill.
No scum kill.
It's recruitment game.

I think scum would have started with 2 and had a night 0 recrtuitment. Looks like Ghat.
Maybe they could kill or recuit, no specials as someone said.
So they killed night 1 (feck), recruited night 2?

vote DP/ Glogboy

I agree with Higgs about Irre. She's been cleared via Charlou, but the extensive day 1 summary could be an attempt to look busy. However, having done this type of thing myself as town, I've never bothered with it as scum. I still think it's likely that she's town.

Can someone spell it out for me why people think there was recruiting going on?

Hopefully town has some balance out there.

I don't think Squid should out his mentor. Why is that so important to you UT?
Other than that post you have seemed town to me. Higgs latest post seem town as well.

There is too much WIFOM re Ghat/DP so I think it's best to do this now than near end game.
I was going to vote for Callan today but as I said above........
DP, I know your thrown into the snake pit on this so if you have anything to say now would be a good time.

Vote Ghat/Gbot/DP

Gib and Callan are next on my scummy list.
Callan, Vote! Wrong or Right it's all we got.
It will also help us read you. No vote is scummy.

We also need to hear more from Charlou.
Hey Denny, I'm only online now, read as far as here, and I know I've got a major struggle ahead of me to stay in this game.

I'm town(but I'd say that anyway), so I don't know what was with Ghat and Ani day 1, I'm going to catch up on day one and two and put a few thoughts together, hopefully it'll be a little easier to spot the tells from not having been involved on the first two days.

Not mentoring anyone. I don't think I'd be a very good mentor.

Ani (who's now dead and was cleared as town) said there was recruitment, though I get the feeling that Mantis' enabler role was for that and now they don't have that option.

I don't mind outing who my mentor was since he hasn't actually spoken to me once throughout the game, it was suppose to be ScienceRob. From the way everyone else is acting I don't think he would have been much help anyway, seems like this game is unusual for everyone.

I thought Mono was going to be scum but now that he's been killed and found to be town i'm certain it's a scum prossie that visited both him and I, after reading the thread and with the comments in mind from Mono and I yesterday I'm inclined to suspect Higgs for claiming that he got the PM last night, if anyone else got the PM then now is the time to speak up, if he's lying then he's scum for sure. If nobody else got the PM then I think that clears him as town.

I'm going to keep my vote on Ghat/DP

Day one: Gib and Denny seem the most scummy to me, gib's attack on Charlou over the posting restriction seemed weird, but then it all kind of got moved aside with the Ghat & Ani show, and then the Mantis bandwagon.

Look at the vote order too, votes 5 and 7, not really early to get in there, more jump on the bandwagon to say you were there.

Day two: Callan stands out as being scummy to me, seems a little too on edge or something. Just not right. Denny seems a little less scummy, but not by much. Gib still pings on day 2.

DP, what do you make of Irre? I'm keeping a very wary eye on her. She has been cleared, which is dangerous for town and she is a recruit target or could be a Don. Plus that Day 1 summary could be a smokescreen.

Isn't it more likely that Ani was the scum night kill?

TBH Charlou seems scummier than Irre to me, and if you want to talk about using summaries as smokescreens then we need to add you to the suspect list.

Playing mafia as town is very simple, trust no one, even if a seer outs and clears 2 or 3, don't leap blindly, look at their posts and see what they're hiding.

If you do it with this post, you should notice I diverted attention away from Irre by talking about my suspicions of two other players.

Then I negated anyone who spotted that by pointing it out myself and implying I did it deliberately as an example.

And so on and so forth....

To answer your question: Zigmens chance of viewing the don on night one was 1 in 15, and we'd have to be unlucky for her to be don. For now I'll assign her a lower level of scuminess because of the read, if there is a recruiter and she was recruited then it'll be like last game, get the other scum first and we can kill her if we need to.

Guys, I have to be gone for holiday cheer for a few hours but I'll be back before nightfall. Well before, I hope. I ghat were recruited and it was a 2 step process andhe couldn't tell anyone would he keep trying to lynch himself, trying to get that message across? But then would he really get so mad he'd sub out?

irre's summary was new to me, I've never seen her do one like that.

gotta run, back later.

Interesting that you started your post by fossing Charlou, giving no reason. And yet you claim not to understand why i gave her a hard time on day one. Let's talk.
