It wasn't from a PM, but a game wrap-up. I've been studying games at TR, and it's what was at the top of the list. I should have simply opened another file.Adenosine wrote:
Go and check your PM.

Because it seems to work out that way most of the time unless I have a special claim. then give us a link to that game. we should be able to find the pw if the board was made public at endgame.

one can only speculate. they are usually made public by the GMs posting links and passwords. however - I use writeboards when mentoring and sometimes just as a place to take my personal game-related notes on whatever device I'm currently using. it's slightly more threadlike than a google document.Bilirubin wrote:So why wasn't this one made public? How does that work?oblivion wrote:mafia has evolved in sophistication. instead of private messages or instant messages we now use writeboards which are password protected pseudothreads. after the games end, the scum writeboards are made public for great merriment.Bilirubin wrote:I think I'm missing some backstory.
territorializing writeboards.

So they can't just be made public, there is still a password component to it?oblivion wrote:one can only speculate. they are usually made public by the GMs posting links and passwords. however - I use writeboards when mentoring and sometimes just as a place to take my personal game-related notes on whatever device I'm currently using. it's slightly more threadlike than a google document.Bilirubin wrote:So why wasn't this one made public? grit, looks like you'd better start trying every password you can find.

Pretty sure elements of my day were up there in stress.DennyB wrote:I'll stay up a little longer if you have spicific questions you would like to see answered or I can answer them tomorrow.Bilirubin wrote:Left without answering any of the questions that had been posed to you, with a promise you might be back. Start around page four IIRC, and work your way forward. Look for gib's posts addressing you.

It is the scumboard from the kingmaker game at TR where Grit is about to be godkilled for being retarded. It is the best compromise I can make for both games
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Re: Starfleet Day 1
I don't know that it's worth the effort to work back through the games I've been reading. I'm either godkilled or lynched killed anyway, UT, for trying to catch it. Just see if you can spot some scum tells before and after the incident for the rest of Day 1. I still think the grit-factor will reveal a few things to help town for Day 1, in re-reading things a bit tomorrow after I flip town.Uselesstwit wrote:then give us a link to that game. we should be able to find the pw if the board was made public at endgame.

Ignore me, I'm just here for the Mafia.

it is time to trek back across the bay. I'll attempt to keep in touch while on the train when tunnels permit. transportational communication complexities abound.
Re: Starfleet Day 1
I still don't understand how you did that, though, grit. Don't you use multiple tabs or even different browsers?
Currently suffers from Cassandra's curse.
