I'm not voting for Feck. I FOS'd him early in the game and that's it. I've done a lot of work so far today that has nothing to do with Feck. No trolley tracking on my part.Uselesstwit wrote:I'm also a little concerned about the mayor vote for feck and charlou. They've already went at each other for a good chunk of this game, and were also the two that lynched each other in the last game. I'm not sure if it's baggage or if they just appear scummy to each other but they both look a little trolley tracked to give extra votes to for the entire game.
By the way, oblivion is way in the lead on mayor votes, including one from me.

haha. I was seriously considering breaking one of my personal mafia rules and voting myself about an hour ago. I'm ok with being mayor. I'm cautious about my scumdar this time. when my scumdar shuts down, my towndar usually revs up. Playing with towndar isn't as effective.Feck wrote:Oblivion does seem to be trying hard not to be Mayor .....

Question about the two mayor votes ... Does this mean that the mayor votes once and it counts double, or is it literally two separate votes which can be use to add a point each to two people?

Re: Timebomb Day 1
good question. I'm assuming it's a double vote.

If you're still around, what led to your cooling re Bolero?Magicziggy wrote:I've cooled on Bolero, although I didn't think it helpful that she trusted Charlou with her mayor vote and the vote on Aza. Giving someone a second vote is quite significant in the scheme of things.

i'm actually more suspicious of bolero than I was last night. She looks an awful lot like she's going for the easy to explain votes and just going with the bw.

not that being firm frineds has crap to do with who you are in mafia unless you are scum, masons, siblings or lovers imhogib wrote:give it a day or 2, i can't discuss in any detail with breaking the tr gameMagicziggy wrote:What happens when one of you are scum? This is a very bold statement.
but yes it is a rather bold statement, however fuzzy and i are firm friends and he will find it hard to lie to me if he is scum and i reckon i would pick up on this. That'll have to do you for now.
At least it shouldn't
Re: Timebomb Day 1
sometimes players get in synch for a while and have a strong rapport when they are both town. It's happened to me a few times with different players. Hasn't happened in a while.
sometimes that synched feeling is wrong, but there are usually signs that something's off and a tendency to ignore it.

What do you think of Gonzo?Uselesstwit wrote:i'm actually more suspicious of bolero than I was last night. She looks an awful lot like she's going for the easy to explain votes and just going with the bw.
Charlou I'm curious about your take, too.

His first post really pinged hard and now he's showing up to look involved but really isn't. He's actually reminding be a bit or irre's scum game atm. This post also pings a bit.oblivion wrote:What do you think of Gonzo?Uselesstwit wrote:i'm actually more suspicious of bolero than I was last night. So he is confident of char's gameplay but it's to early to be sure about anyone. it just feels like he's saying something to be saying something.Gonzo wrote:vote charlou
I trust her and am confident in her gameplay. She's been very helpful in making this game make sense and I don't think scum would have gone out of their way to do that. I have the same vibe from MZ, but not as strong.
Feck could be doing the same, but his frustration verges on flail sometimes. It seems too soon to be so sure about anyone. There is no reason to get frantic and jump to conclusions, even if you have substancial reason to be suspicious.

Also to add to the gonzo opinion, he seems the least unsettled by the game design of anyone.

Re: Timebomb Day 1
I saw his town game at FF during the early part of the marathon 8 week and counting game. this is still to some extent foreign ground, but his play looks more like his scum game here than his town game there. Charlou has had the same opportunity for comparison. I'm curious what she thinks.
