I was hoping that zigmen would post. I did ask him to explain his question he asked me early in the game. Zigmen, you haven't left for the day have you?

He was online a bit ago and hasn't said anything. Plus his creepy "what would you do if you were scum" post to me, with no explanation.

games ends at 5 am or so for me so I may or may not be back. Still sus UT. MSG is prolly town, wouldn't draw that much attention to himself as scum, even though actions are scummy.

I'm caught up and have also read your "Zig's been here wtf is he?" posts. I spent some time reading the rest of the TR day before popping in here. Also, I'm sure you know I work weekedays from 3-9pm, eat dinner, and get online by around 11pm.

That said, I have you fairly solidly in the town category, so I wanted to get your reaction to last night's lynch.

And yes, your answer is p much what i was thinking as well. Feck was a way odd choice.

There could be any number of explanations for his lynch, but a couple of theories rise to the top. I don't wish to WIFOM, so I'll leave it at that.

Beyond that, Irre, RC, UT and MSG top my list of scummy players.

Diva seems solidly on her town game, unless her scum game has improved a bazillion times. Charlou and Grit seem ok to me as well.

Where are you leaning, Higgs? (other than you vote on me - sheesh!)

Maybe now is a good time for another list. Here's mine from most scummish to most townish, IMO:

Don't Panic – definitely seems at least out-of-practice to quite scumish, but he did give us the vote codes (yay!).

Adenosine – Too out of the game Day 1 to be pro-town, but thanks for the mayor vote.

r.c – Did a good Day 1 job of whiteknighting Mantis, but I expected more today than the same kind of fluffy blending in that’s behind his vote. I still say he seemed more nervous than curious over my newbie suspects.

Azathoth – A 1 Day pass maybe, and I appreciate his real life excuse, but a pass for 2 day? Everything today seems fluffy.

ut – Awfully followy this game and repeating of other’s suspicions or helps. Otherwise Day 1 finally found some substance, apart from following Zig on the Feck jester thing. Too quiet today.

Zigmen – has generally made minimal posts that seem obvious to make, which seems usual town play, apart from a couple of pinging gaffs. Still, if I had to pick a scum who seems townish, it would be Zig., Zig or UT.

irre – OK, so I expected more from both days, but she’s kept some important considerations in play, even with her lite posting. Her play seems like her usual town game, apart from a lack of flail. She hasn’t cowed to pressure.

charlou – Still seems too absent from substantive dialog, other than helping me out a bit. Where’s the great town play she’s capable of, waiting for Day 3?

higgs2 – I was NOT a Day 1 fan. I’m liking Day 2 much better, except I agree there’s too much fixation on the last minute voting from yesterday. Maybe we’re just thinking differently.

MSG – Was also NOT a Day 1 fan. Day 2 still seems a little lite, but I like the way he thinks.

Mantisdreamz - We were thinking a lot alike Day 1, so I’m inclined to trust her, but I had hoped for a bit more of the same today, where we seem to have diverged a bit.

divagreen – I think she’s been wrong on a few things but is a good asset.

gib – If he’s scum he has me fooled, but he seemed to have relaxed a bit today from bull-dog scum hunting.

In re-reading that it seems kind of on the negative side. I still think it's almost as important to clear townies as to fos scum, especially as the days progress. My vote still stands on DP, but I'm presently reevaluating to try and formulate more of a united town front on the lynch vote.

I've not heard of this role until you mentioned it now. When I read the OP I thought Adenosine was kidnapped.

A relaxed gib is more of a worry than a bulldog gib. Just sayin'

I've never seen you play a scum game. Do you put as much effort in as scum, with all the lists and hand-wringing over night actions etc?

Irre for the same reasons I said yesterday.

RC strikes me as collaborating with what i see as scummy ideas.

UT is off his town game in general.

MSG is a hunch, but i am sensing it as a stronger than normal hunch.

I have no idea .. I'm just replying to higgs' question about it. She said she's seen indie silencers so I guess a scum silencer is a possibility. Would that fit with ob as GM and/or the flavour, though?

Frankly I do. diva and Aden and Mantis and even Zigmen will vouch that I tend to play a scum game just like a town game, or at least I try to. That's what I was taught. I think I particularly twisted diva and Aden quite royally in the game or two I was scum at TR, which probably still gives them the willies. I'm not scum this game, but I quite understand any suspicions.
