The KM is replaced randomly ? therefore there is value to scum to kill the king maker as there is a chance that they could be chosen .

I'm really not interested in the KM or talking about the KM. That's scum talk. The KM just needs to go about their business of choosing a king without fear nor favour.

I want people to put their necks on the line and vote. With reasons.

from the wiki:

If the Kingmaker is executed, a new Kingmaker arises out of the loyal villagers and chooses a King for the next day. If the Kingmaker is killed at night, a new Kingmaker similarly arises but the old Kingmaker's final choice is used for the next day.

The kingmaker is a village role and would be chosen from the remaining villagers
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Code: Select all

// Replaces with spaces the braces in cases where braces in places cause stasis
   $str = str_replace(array("\{","\}")," ",$str);

You're the king. not the boss of the thread. Town understanding how the roles work is not scum talk.

I used up my sting yesterday. I'm supercargo now. I have nothing to lose if I'm killed by a king or by scum, but I can still make useful observations. and I will.

why did you think I was scum? I think I understand why you say Feck's comment was scummy, but I disagree. He sat tight on his speculation while it could have been useful to scum.

I dunno. the way you jumped on it, it looks like guilty conscience, like he nailed the reason the assassin killed Charlou.

OB i thought you were scum because something pinged, can't remember what. I must admit i've been very much disconnected with this game these couple of days. Sorry

why would you even consider the king killing you. you shouldn't have such a insecurity after nailing a scum.

I think that scum tend to be jumpy about stuff that parallels what they've been up to, and they not surprisingly sometimes call it scummy and fos/vote the person who cut close to the bone. "guilty conscience" is just shorthand for that dynamic.
