Well, my first experience as scum was a total failure - full of missteps and Freudian slips. Btw, the "STRANGER DANGER!" comments were just game play. I think that the mechanic was sound with the exception of the list which had us done for from day one.

I was really freaking out once the mass claim started and decided to claim the "wheelchair dude" (Cayne). The doubling back to counter claim Zig was a last minute move born out of desperation - hoping to get one more townie lynched before my exit.

Great game, town. I enjoyed playing. Thanks for hosting, Gonzo.

GG Gonzo and thanks for hosting.

Grats Town, for a well=played endgame. I was sure the last Scum was Irre.

Also, my apologies for outing my name as the final target!!! I nearly died when that was pointed out to me!!! I thought is was game over.

Ani, I owe you one~ Sweet ruse, there.

Oblivion, i was gonna kill you for your constant FoS. Well, you didn't know I was Seer/

And Gib? Final Voting the outed Seer? You need to fix that.

The game was weighted pretty evenly. We lucked out killing a Scum early on, and had great sniffing and voting for the most part.

No offense to Contra, but you were obviously Scum to, and not your fault, but look how Irre dodged a lynch last night, and look how you handled it. There's some good advice in there, i think. You did very well in the early game, I must admit. Very strong day 2!!!

Mass outing was a real benefit to Town. Good to know that can work.

Very close by the end!!!

Don't go near that elevator - that's just what they want us to do... trap us in a steel box and take us down to the basement.

Gonzo: “Linus was Guest – The Franchise – Vanilla who’s neck is snapped clean by the killer 47 while pissing at a urinal.”

Gonzo, I want to know what you had in mind with the use of 47 making kills when it’s a town lynch, and 47 isn’t even among the lynchers of that player?
@charlou- No big idea, just by impulse it seemed natural to attribute all killings to 47 given the flavor's source.

Nice! Lots of substantial comments.

Concerning the observation "pity Linus is on the outer here as he’s tried to contribute with his questions … but I can see how his style is not conducive to this ‘triangulation’ thing", it's totally true. It's part of my style to not do so much socializing, because I tend to be much more interested in what my suspects and people I have little data on have to say than people I have strong town reads on (and it also messes up my scum hunting a bit when people play follow the leader). The other side of that is that it's my own fault if I'm left out of any triangulation. Not sure how hard it would be to change this.

This game was very confusing. To start with I'm not familiar with the playstyle of about half the players here. Then there were the seemingly random start and end times for the day, not being clear when a player died whether they were town or scum, and of course the excessively long day threads most days.

I agree. The damage to game balance can probably be contained if the godkill ends the day and replaces the lynch, but it still doesn't seem right.

thanks for sharing this!

btw - I was talking about my lack of practice at endgame as TOWN. though I think the gits game was the first where I ever made it to true endgame as the final scum.
