I have a thought about Aza.
Now we have the spectre of needing 10 points to arm scum, we cannot assume that Aza doesn;t have it.
Why don;t we just leave him out of the reckoning. If scum win because of Aza, I think zigmen will have some questions to answer.
Let's forget Aza and let zigmen ensure that he doesn't become a factor.
If I were scum and Aza were scum I'd be asking zigmen to ensure likewise.
I kinda agree, but not sure we can trust your motive here.

Is it more likely Zigmen would leave Aza's role in play if he's town? Or more likely if he's scum? How many points is Aza on atm?
Aza started the day with 4 points. IIRC someone voted him ealier...don't remember who.

Okay .. I think we should consider not arming him with day votes and it'll be interesting to see if anything happens to his points overnight ...

This is a mess, but one thing we can't do is just slather on the points onto different people. Personally I really am suspicious of both gonzo and mz. Both of those roles could have been a huge boon to town and yet neither of them actually used them. Also mz took my railing against him much better than i'd expect and that is also raising some eyebrows.

About the seer outing, it has to be today or tomorrow we have to be getting very close to the edge. I guess it will depend on what they know at this point, but if they have info about anyone that isn't armed I think it might be time to share it.

Gonzo's claim seems to tie in with something Zigmen posted either before or at the start of the game (I'll look it up) ..

I've missed how Gonzo's claim, if believed, clears MZ .. so I'll go back and reread those posts too.

I think making sure the players that we *think* are armed really are armed needs to happen.

We have to get all the scum to win. All we need is one town player to survive the denoument.

Of the unarmed players, I think praying is almost certainly town. you and diva would be my next picks for town, though I think diva's logic is pretty iffy in spots. As far as I'm concerned, the rest of us need to be buried under a mountain of points if at all possible today and tomorrow, except for Charlou.

and I can get behind this plan in theory but if the seer could say hey X views as town that would really, really clear things up. maybe the seer should view someone on that list and out first thing tomorrow and we'll bury the rest then. for now

vote mz

we almost have no choice at this point. if he's telling the truth, we'll lose a town, if he's lying we can't let him coast on the of course scum won't put points on me excuse every day here on out. Oh and the idea our vig hit him to prove his claim is just nuts. by his own admission his and the vigs points would go up. depending on what their points are right now we could lose two town with that gambit. So he either took 4 days to come up with a really bad idea or he's lying and wants the vig to hit him for some other reason. Let's just make sure he's armed and end this one thread of wifom right now.

These vests cannot be removed without exploding. Town and Scum all have vests on. Scum thought their vests were dummies, but they were quite mistaken.

There was also a mention of police snipers which I suspect is just flavour?:

There's no pleasing some people. You don;t think I agonised about outing? Save it for the debrief. Tell me how you would have played a bomb in a game where I couldn't die. I made an assessment that scum had me targetted for framing. I believe I was correct in that assessment. You are being very closed minded about this. You have not thought through what this role actually entails. It;s very easy from your position whatever that might be.

Using my position to benefit town. Wtf do you think I've been trying to do? I have been trying to draw a hit for 3 days and no takers.
And with my vote creeping up and scum seemingly intent on hammering me down today, I took the gamble and outed before I was under that spectre.

FOS UT. Possible Don. He has to be one of the players that are armed today. Irre is pushing his boat. How does Irre know he is town?
I think he knows he's been viewed as he's asking for the seer to out.

crosspost UT and Charlou

I don't like that charlou is not above 7 points if that is the kill switch for specials
Why would we want her past 7 points - she wouldn't be able to use her ability then.

I have already stated that I should be armed.
There's no argument there UT.
You are portraying me as trying to avoid that.

However, given the 14 hours that remain in the day, your vote does not look like it is in the best interests of town. you are not cooperating, but are acting on your own. Your vote is also in excess of what is required and could be better used elsewhere.
There is some talk of arming certain players to have town win. You should be one of those, no, as you are under the Irre wifom cloud.

I'm semi-confident of my reads on others.
Tonight, I'd have Charlou protect one of the unarmed players and the vote switcher should reduce the votes of charlou if possible.
The vig should target someone to take them over towards 10.
However, I agree with praying that if scum have a bullet proof vest, it would be unbalancing.
I can't work out how this would work out fairly.
Why UT? That seems out of nowhere.

I have a wifom theory. Irre is looking very scummish on the thread. Almost too scummish. I'm wondering if, since she is already armed, the scum have a plan to have her continue posting scummy comments, so that they have a good opportunity to FOS her. They probably feel like she's not going to be disarmed at all - so, in that case, it doesn't hurt for them to fos her in thread... it gains them town credibility.

I am highly suspicious of MZ.

Also, Gonzo, you have armed another town. I suppose that is okay - because I think it's a good idea to arm everyone, especially those with question marks, and keep around 2-3 people that we feel as certain as we can about.

Okay, just started reading Gonzo's claim ... he's claiming to be a bullet proof vest which is not the same as a dummy bomb vest. Still reading, but just wanted to get that down before continuing ...
