denny's driveby is a little troubling.

several folks' games feel a little off. could be getting over tough games or roles elsewhere, because it's not quite pinging scummy atm.

hm.

I'm still happy with my vote on zig.

I'd like to put a FOS on diva though for spending a lot of time posting about previous games. That's a good way for scum to be able to look active without actually saying anything.

Feck is not scum hunting at all and has not answered a question put to him by Gonzo.

Zigmen I'm struggling with his early vote on me, and his rationale really. To me it looks like a very flimsy excuse to stick a vote on somebody early on in the game so that he can look like he's participating. I'm aware he normally does default vote me but this time it seems a little different - given the timing of the vote and it being so close to the start of the day and very early in the morning my time. If you are going to pressure vote somebody then you do it if they don't show up when you'd normally expect them to be online.

Concerning my change in mayor votes: it was not due to a change in Oblivion's gameplay (as I am most confidant she is town than anyone else) but due to the voting patterns concerning her mayor voters and Zig's lynch voters. As far as voting myself goes: I make the decision to only because I think voting myself is the more pro-town choice in that I have no certainty of her alignment.

(I wouldn't normally advocate self-voting to be 'pro-town' - only in the circumstance that you are tied with another person for lead, it is better to vote yourself)

as I recall he's been lynch-voting you with his first post for several games now. I don't think it has anything to do with whether he thinks you should have been posting by then or not.

folks who are bugging me

zigmen - still puzzling this out, really. it appears that he's playing to a script much more tightly than normal.

irre - fair bit of fluff in her game so far

diva - same, but iirc she tends toward fluff on day 1

I'm wondering if Feck is going against his recently revealed scum strategy as a game strategem, but my overall impression is town.

Athene I will answer Gonzo's question with my vote WHEN I have a better idea who I think is scum i'm not fossing people on too little evidence on day one because Day ones have been Protown posters attacking Protown posters too often . I thought that was clear from my posts ?

Really?

How is anything that I have posted any different than this:
irretating wrote:Hi all. I have just come off a zinger game on ratskept. Truly evil game mod there, let me tell you.
Mantisdreamz wrote:don't do that... it really was a zinger. The GM made everyone start off as vanilla town, and fos and argue with each other. Meanwhile, it was the people that were lynched/killed that formed the scum team.
Zigmen wrote:So far, it's worked in every game. I vote her, and she posts.

Barring any other Scum-tells, it's a great way to start. I withheld my opening vote on Athene in the last TR game because Ksen was so obviously Scum (and I was correct).
Zigmen wrote:Let's clarify this for those who were not in that game. I was on a Jester-Indy team and was supposed to flake out.

Other than that, I had no problem playing pro-town for the first day while I tried to allow my partner dibs on getting killed first.

The real flake-out came on day 2 when I intentionally made a post that looked like it was supposed to be written onto a Scum WB. It worked very well, if i recall.
Do you want more examples, Ksen?

Big time FOS on you for singling me out for something that everyone has been doing, when I was just trying to answer a question. You are jumping on Irre's little bandwagon that she has tried to get started on me. That reeks of scumitude IMO.

I agree with this.

But I also find it odd that you seem to be in camp Gonzo, since the two of you have been at each other's throats in the previous two games that I played with you.
