The credit for the original observation goes to diva. The terminology was introduced by me a bit later, in the night chat at d1p22 (scroll down to the 2nd last post on the page). By alignment I mean town/scum/indy/whatever. By ALIGNMENT, I mean the flavor term that's specified after the first dash in the role PM and death notices.

Ok I'm awake and remember what I meant. One Waiter was Maynard John disguised as a Waiter. He was Franchise. The other Waiter makes no such claim (Shizz).
