Of for gods sake I don't have any reason why gibs said that. I'll be very surprised if he turns out to be vanilla town. And vanilla town aren't on a team as much as trying to figure out who scum is, and to get someowhat organized so they don't lynch each other. Plus he's a total noob. But too much of a liability for my blood, especially if he's not town which I don't think he is.

First impressions ..


My impression was that gib said what he did to higgs because he and higgs had been briefly discussing possibilities and tactics here in this thread up to that point. Could have been a fuck up though .. but gib also FOSed higgs for calling him 'good' .. that was a pretty good catch on his part, I think.


irre and DP's interactions seem pretty cosy today. irre seems to be seeing fluff where it isn't and creating wifom here and there.


Normal's posts seem insubstantial.

Okay .. reading again .. gib looks pretty helpful initially which made me think he's on his own (town, I guess) .. but that comment to higgs really does look suspicious.

In my previous post I said Normal's posting seems insubstantial, but on the reread it does seem like he's been trying to work out this game's format. I'm wondering why he voted to banish me as well.

SR's asking questions about game technicalities .. usual day 1 gameplay for him.

DennyB .. now there are some insubstantial posts ..

I'm having trouble deciding between Ghat and gib for the vote .. I'm torn between thinking gib's comment to higgs was innocent and Ghat's exploiting it .. and thinking gibs and higgs had planned to look busy and slightly adversarial toward each other from the start, and that gib's comment was a major fuck up.

At this point I'm thinking of voting gib as whatever he flips will reveal useful info for us.

Yeah, overall it's been a pretty active day 1 .. which, along with the result of today's lynch and tonight's night actions (whatever they're going to be ... I'm still a bit mystified) will be really good for day 2 analysis, I think.
