I need to put in a vote for mayor. I've read the manifestos and, while I like the idea of free tuna for all, and am tempted by Feck's platform, I reckon I'll probably go for Witticism at this point just because of his LolCats experience.

I'll abstain from voting for now, because I'm still not sure who seems innocent/guilty. It will probably become more apparent with time.

This is weird. We should be voting for mayor purely based on whether we want that person to have the extra .5 vote, which can be a tiebreaker. That's the only thing that mayor gets to do.

Though I really don't care whether I win for mayorship...still not sure who I really want to vote for, yet...I don't like Witticism's and Virphen's block voting, and I don't trust Redial...maybe Feck?

Since we’re not allowed PMs we’re all in a bind. Without feeling each other out (keep it clean people) we only have unfounded hunches to go on at this point. As I see it we only have two bits of evidence we can use right now, evidence in the sense that ‘be it ever so humble…’

1 – If it appears that there’s a voting block taking place.
2 – What each person says on this thread.

Therefore I can only conclude…

1 - My suspicions came to the fore when it *appeared* that Virphen had a following.

2 – He voted for himself, which increases his chances of becoming mayor.

3 – He didn’t really explain anything to us (well in a sense he did), but he then proceeded to insult the lot of us saying we’re "idiotic sheep" and "a few credulous idiots". Not a way to prove your innocence my friend. If you want to win me over and expect me to believe in your innocence, don’t insult me. Insults are the result of a DESPERATE person.

4 – To deflect suspicions away from himself, he names me and Durro as the next lynch victims.

5 – Why me and Durro? Because he’s in desperation mode and wants to deflect the suspicion away from himself.

Now had Virphen not voted for himself and refrained from insulting all of us, I would have waited a wee bit to see how the chips fall, but too many things are adding up here. It’s so easy to ‘block vote’ with your team (in this case Virphen’s team of ebil) and then cry out that logically a guilty team wouldn’t do that. Yeah right! That’s exactly what they’d do because it would make everyone think that they’d have to be crazy to do that and therefore must be innocent. It’ s a good ploy, but I don’t buy into it.

So are Virphen and his team innocent…

First of all, I am not trying to talk anyone out of lynching me. How could you miss that? I know I am doomed. I am using this opportunity to point out to the credulous sheep that the pattern of who voted for me and who pointed people at me is evidence: extremely strong evidence after I am inevitably lynched and my innocence is proven beyond doubt. Look back. I haven't even asked or suggested that people vote for anyone else, nor have I even voted for anyone else.

Go ahead and lynch me people, but then take a very close look at who set you on me, and who was so blinded by the desire to see me dead that the completely failed to see what was so obviously placed right in front of them, and the tortured logic they use to try and get rid of me. My initial lynch vote (for J.A. Poisson) and mayoral vote (for virphen) was completely random, and based on the first two votes in the game. To be told I'm voting in a bloc is suspicion-raising as I voted first and voted randomly.

Now my vote is not random, but is based on posting behaviour in this thread.
