What do you mean it won't start? Please provide tech support with more info? Does it boot, but not load the OS? Can you access the bios?

Have you tried unplugging the additional drive and starting it up? Very unlikely, but your power supply unit might not be able to handle an extra drive on top of whatever else it is running on your machine.
