Poll results changed after abortion banns started:

Now, a four-point question probably best measures where Americans sit on the issue: legal in all cases, legal in most, illegal in all and illegal in most. The 2022 national exit poll used this device, finding that 29 percent of voters believed abortion should be “legal in all cases,” while another 30 percent thought it should be “legal in most cases.” That left 26 percent who thought it should be “illegal in most cases” and only 10 percent who said it should be “illegal in all cases.”

Iowa defunded Medicaid...for the poor...which included birth control. They now allow abortion, but no support of costs of abortion.

I had included the FDA in my Alito story.
http://karireport.blogspot.com/2022/07/ ... n-our.html
It may be happening. The SC will say the FDA does not have unlimited power in determining drug safety.
The document warns that the decision diminishes the FDA’s authority over drug approvals. A Pfizer spokeswoman verified for The Associated Press that Bourla signed the letter.

“If courts can overturn drug approvals without regard for science or evidence, or for the complexity required to fully vet the safety and efficacy of new drugs, any medicine is at risk for the same outcome as mifepristone,” the letter states.

The abortion drug in use is an antagonist, blockkng steroids naturally present.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mifepristone

The outer cells of the dividing cell mass derived from the fertilized egg deteriorate. It then no longer stays attached to the uterus.
"Mifepristone-induced decidual breakdown indirectly leads to trophoblast detachment, resulting in decreased syncytiotrophoblast production of hCG, which in turn causes decreased production of progesterone by the corpus luteum "

If a foetus is a person, shouldn't the state be paying child welfare from conception? Seems like Republicans want to eat their cake and have it on this issue.

Arizona is only republican enough to have a republican legislature but not governor. And not Kari lake. So governor...

Arizona governor approves over-the-counter contraceptive medications at pharmacies

There is probably a recipe on the net to figure out how many to take for an abortion.
Hobbs has used her executive powers in recent weeks to promote reproductive freedom. In June she issued a sweeping executive order effectively stripping prosecutors of their ability to pursue charges against anyone involved with a legally obtained abortion.
