Dawkins has had a stroke

Post by mistermack » Wed Feb 17, 2016 9:13 pm

Described as a mild one. Or slight one.
Whatever that means.

Nasty things. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
Well, I would I suppose, but I'm not proud of it.

Anyway, I wish Richard Dawkins a swift and full recovery.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

Be careful not to pray for him. The twitterati will be all over you if you do.

I expect he's already returned to the faith.

Just like Darwin did on his deathbed. And that's a fact !

The thing that was interesting in the class was every time the professor said ‘Al Qaeda’ his shoulders went up, But you know, it is that you don’t say ‘America’ with an intensity, you don’t say ‘England’ with the intensity. You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar
