Probably better than being called late for dinner, especially if you were the one who cooked it.

Also, being called an eejit by the likes of Scot is more complimentary than insulting.

With Scot Duchy's attitude towards women in mind, breaking out in cold sweat from fear might have been a more appropriate reaction, were it not for the unlikelihood of him being able to contact you in person.

I'm growing more and more fond of "douche canoe." Not that that has anything to do with this discussion. Just wanted to throw it out there.

And, Fallible, yes, it's pretty quiet about these parts lately. We've sprung a slow leak, seems. A bit more outgoing than incoming. Need to get Ratz Marketing on it, except that there is no Ratz Marketing...

Not sure I've ever been called one of those. I think, in fact, that you made it up. :coffee:

Can't stand 'douche canoe', it's just trying too hard.

Shame it's slowed down round here, it used to be so lively and great for a lurk and a giggle.

Honestly, I don't even really understand what "douche canoe" connotes, exactly. I think it...never mind.

Yeah, good times were had here, still are. Just by fewer and fewer people. Not sure how much that whole "rape" thing played into it. Despite being innocent of all charges, maybe we've just become politically incorrect among the politically incorrect. Not sure.

I suspect it's a deformation of "douche cannula"... it being to begin with a variant on "douche bag", just the injection part of the bag.

Why use the cumbersome 'douche canoe', when 'twat' or 'wanker' covers it?

I really have no idea about the decline, from an outsiders view there's nothing I could suggest. I was under the impression, very vague impression mind you, that there were insider gripes. :dunno:
