It was once pointed out to me that if I withhold donating to a charity because only 1% of the funds reach the target, then NONE reaches the target.

So now I mostly give time, and go as direct as I can. Tougher to chisel.

Lovely backyard...seems like a waste for such an ugly house though. 700K? Sherman Oaks? No thanks.
