Someone called Mayak over at Rat(killbabies)skep points out that late term abortions might be a little unethical and the feminist wing (Imagination theory, Rachel Bronwyyn, Mathew Shute, Aca so far the list will get bigger) come out screaming as they probably want the right to slit the babies throat at birth. No one can object to abort when pregnancy happens with a rape victim, the mothers life is in danger or certain circumstances as these are arguments from compassion. These baby murdering cunts seem to want the right to just kill a fetus willy nilly is it any wonder that atheists/skeptics are seen as unemotional robots who lack compassion. All this is given the seal of approval of ratskep, baby murdering central. Think I'm being to hard on them, well prove it by going over there and giving a (gasp) different point of view; good luck.

Is your argument solely about the ethics of late-term abortion, or does it also condemn standard early abortions solely due to the woman's choice?

Late term abortions though contraception by abortion is still pretty unethical.

To me, not so much unethical as inefficient, and more likely to result in both physical and emotional issues for the woman involved than more usual contraceptive methods...

The only issue I see is where the boundary line is between a part of the mother's body and a living human. At the moment that's somewhere in the 26 week mark, right? So it's always going to be a grey area around that. Towards the extremes, there should be no problem. The interesting thing is that as technology has progressed (and will continue to progress) the age of a foetus such that it can be removed from the mother and survive has always been getting younger and younger. How far will it continue? And what will this mean for the ethics of abortion?

Fair point, he may well be a psychopathic gun nut though he does show concern for murdered babies so he seems to have some redeeming ethics after all. The fact that you wanted to share your dislike of him during this discussion I assumed you were trying to discredit his/her point of view.
