Yeah, but I guess this round was started by Cormac over here

And you can't really claim that we wouldn't have "kept it going" over here. Any shit we get this time, we really had it coming.

I agree. I always wondered about that when folks would scoff at tests and schooling as indicative of smarts or education. Some folks say, "oh, that's just memorization..." Well....errr... yeah...a good portion of knowing about stuff is remembering what they are....

Hey - Hades - I think you're great, and I didn't mean to come across in a bad way, if I did. I really was trying to answer your question head on. If you thought I was being a dick or something, I really didn't mean it.
Re the first-- am remembering a Daniel Tosh bit (oh noes! I laughed at Tosh! I condone rape!) where he talks about people who are "bad test takers."

"Oh. You mean you're stupid."

:hehe:

Otherwise, we're cool. I just didn't feel like you were getting what I was trying to convey. I wan't upset by it. Just wanted to move on rather than try to explain myself further.

Those "leading" atheism? Leading it? Nobody is leading my atheist ass. And he's calling other people smug?

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

This!

These are egos and careerists trying to make a living as professional atheists. It is really quite pathetic.

Well, he does have a simpering peanut gallery hanging on his every utterance and massaging his ego 24/7, so I guess a bit of hubris is understandable. I imagine Adolf felt pretty secure at the Nuremberg rallies. Perhaps someone could do a film about it, call it "Triumph of the Shrill".
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.
