I've updated the diagram to include Herd of Cats and the beginning and ending dates of the various boards.
Beginning date: for RDF, here and ratskep, I used the day that the first non-admin members registered, while I had to guess it from the oldest accessible threads in TAF and Herd of Cats.
Ending date: for RDF, I used the day when it was officially closed to new posts.
The arrows indicate direction of departure to create a board; they do not indicate which directions people moved after that.
