You do understand that "neoconservativism" originated in the Democrat party do you not? It consists of former hard-left Democrats who became disillusioned with the foreign policy of the non-interventionist Democrats in the 60s. What "neocons" actually are are Marxists. They were "social democrats" until they realized that they couldn't prevail without control of and the use of force, particularly in international relations, so they abandoned the idealistic parts of Marxism and went pretty much down the path of Stalinism, tempered somewhat because they don't particularly like "communism" but they do dearly love the authoritarian central-planning Soviet state model.

Not really. I'd much rather have Trump than Hillary. At least Trump is interested in the economic success of the US because it is in his vested self-interest to do so. I can understand and treat with someone whose motives are economically driven. Most demagogues and tyrants appear that way to the ignorami, usually precisely because they are smooth-talkers who lie without batting an eye and tell a convincing story to whatever audience they face, without the least regard for consistency in their policies. Both Clintons are smooth talkers who are inveterate liars and charlatans. But like HItler and Mussolini, they talk a good game and sound convincing, and then do nothing they promised and instead enslave and oppress everyone around them once in power.

That's the antithesis of Donald Trump, whom I admire for his willingness to say exactly what he thinks without trying to pander to anyone. You might not like what he says, but at least he doesn't lie to your face and tell you only what you want to hear. I can respect that. Indeed, I INSIST on that in a President.
