lordpasternack wrote:I want to add - not that I have to justify myself, but just to say - that another, more important reason why I'm taking no prisoners is that I suspect Robin Elisabeth Cornwell of knowingly committing fraud. I suspect that NBGA was set up as a con, right from the outset. I think that Cornwell was most interested in proving, to herself, that atheists are just as gullible, credulous, and disinclined to seek evidence, as their religious counterparts. And I'm both proud and ashamed that I was likely the only one who got in her way.
Following from that - I think that RDF is far too fucking incompetent to launch a proper independent investigation into the situation, and they're probably looking to reach some sort of hush-hush legal agreement with the Cornwells in order to avoid formal litigation or criminal proceedings - which RDF probably can't afford, and which could backfire on RDF if the facts came to light.
That is, I suspect RE Cornwell of knowingly committing fraud, and that RDF probably know as much by now - but are more interested in sweeping it under the carpet than pursuing justice.
Moreover, I suspect that Cornwell has done this all before, and has got away with it all before, for much the same reasons. Everything about her personality, and particularly her preoccupation with projecting financial crimes onto others, suggests as much to me.
So, I believe that Cornwell has knowingly committed fraud, and that RDF are unwilling and most definitely unable to investigate properly and hold her to account. And I believe that Cornwell has been through this exact scenario before, probably more than once - and she's never been held to account.
And I believe that the best way to bring about a proper investigation, and potentially proper consequences for ALL parties concerned, is to call in the IRS.
So basically, you're telling us that you now have enough solid evidence to push the big red button?
Oh
deep joy.

What's important to the IRS is whether RDFRS has been persistently non-compliant, has specifically intended to abuse its tax-exempt status, has various longterm problems with poor management, poor financial oversight, and a case of probable fraud within the organisation.
But don't take my word for it, when you can have it straight from the horse's mouth:
Tell the IRS about Suspected Tax Exempt Status Abuses
Go ahead and complain. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is all ears – particularly about complaints alleging any abuse of the tax-exempt status granted to a non-profit organization.

Although, that strategy apparently never worked for Paula Kirby - so we can't be sure.

How long have you been actively engaged in this now ? Are there any circumstances what so ever which would make you reconsider ? What if all parties involved went to the authorities of their own volition and co operated fully and to their complete satisfaction and so justice was served ? Would that represent closure for you ? Have you any previous experience in such matters and if not were you surprised to find yourself devoting so much time to this ? Are you also surprised at how far you have pushed yourself or did you already know about his aspect of your character ? Do you have any idea as to when all of this will be finally resolved or is it too early to say ? Has any attempt ever been made to silence you and if so what was your response ? I am not au fait with the minutiae obviously but I am nonetheless impressed by your tenacity as a general principle. You once reprimanded me for asking if you have a specific mental disorder. But given that I have it myself and so can recognise its symptoms in others that was a perfectly valid question. I do not know what your gender has got to do with any of this. Granted no one likes to be misrepresented but in the grand scheme of things it matters not anyway. Besides everyone knows that you are female anyway. And thank you for answering the questions by the way. I appreciate it

The Cotswolds? Not so sure about that... That sounds like the sort of place where I'd be answered constantly with "
could you spell that, please?"

Has Lp's bj skills been factored into the current assets involving Scotland's bid for independence as it is only fair we get Lp in exchange for the Scots defaulting on your share of the national debt.
