Indian Rape Culture
I recall reading that comparative penis lengths show Indian men to have small ones. So is this a consequence of a long history of rape in that part of the world or a cause? or is this disturbing culture simply a result of over-population and too many rats in the cage? media distortion or something in the food?
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?

I don't know about length, but there are known correlations between testosterone levels and sexual violence.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

To the extent that there is a rape culture, it has to do with ... culture. Maybe the increasing imbalance between numbers of young men and young women is part of the problem, and that in turn is definitely caused by cultural factors.
