I'm arguing with some nutter who's pretty confident that there exists such a thing as a British 'indigenous' population. He clarified this by providing me with a link to the BNP website...
Has any one got any reputable links to say, a peer review paper which discredit this myth? anything, please! and be serious. K, thanks. LY

That is a serious suggestion for a question you might ask.
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."
