There was a misplaced comma in a federal tariff law I think around the 1880s. Even went to the Supreme Court, and the court backed the meaning with the misplaced comma.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

Found it!

On a side note, the Daily Mail is made even more entertaining from grammar errors like that. I think more than a few times they reported the murder victim eluding the police lol

The thing that was interesting in the class was every time the professor said ‘Al Qaeda’ his shoulders went up, But you know, it is that you don’t say ‘America’ with an intensity, you don’t say ‘England’ with the intensity. You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar

It certainly can be. Afghanistan and their dancing boys is a good example.

Mmmh, the only nation that speaks worse English than the UK is Ireland. And that's saying something since only roughly 5% of the English can speak their own damn language properly.

I'm still trying to recover from the "Belgium Waffles" I saw on the menu the other day.
