Dwarfs? Disabled or simply short?
I don't know but it seems a interesting debate. Are you disabled simply because you are staring at someone's flies or breasts when greeting them?
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?

A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.
