No. It's a natural reaction to being an English cricket fan. But this time, I think we'll make it easy. :shifty:

Your turn to trounce us next, isn't it, Jim? :tea:
Hopefully, but I also hope the lose/win/lose pattern doesn't continue indefinitely, or we'll lose the series 2/3

WTF? All over in less than three days. Nothing for the TV broadcasters to show over the weekend. Shame on you Australia. :hehe:

Tests played: 322
Won by Australia: 129 (40%)
Won by England: 104 (32.3%)

While England has won 25 fewer tests than Australia it can console itself by being placed 15 ahead of Drawn

I should like to understand cricket--not least to ensure I've gotten all the jokes in Life, the Universe and Everything--but I think being an American (even with a little English heritage), I'm genetically incapable of it. The scoring system is only out-weirded by that used on QI.

1 point for 1 run. Yes, I can see how that might confuse an American. :tea:

Yes, well, that's not how they actually report scores now, is it? Like the recent Test Match between Bangladesh and South Africa, the BBC reports 246-8 and then calls it a draw. Doubleyou tee eff?
