Applause is due. Amazing 1st test innings from Agar. Shame he didn't get his century but I'm glad he has gone. That stand may have taken the game away from England. Lets see if they bat like asses in their next innings.

A bit of a recovery at the end there. 80/2 (effectively 15/2 given Australia's first innings lead.) Now all they need to do is bat all day tomorrow. Then, when I go down there on Saturday, I can watch England skittle out the Aussies for a glorious victory.

Well, that was the sort of day you don't see very often. Even though Agar didn't make a ton, there were still a helluva lot of records set.
