Centuries to both Ponting and Katich, both not out at stumps! :woot:

1 for 249! :woot:

Honours even for the day I reckon. An inspired performance from the England tail this morning followed by a pair of stubborn centuries from the Aussies.

But it's 249 for 1. If you are going to try and play our game, at least make some attempt at getting the terminology right. :nono:

We septics do it the wrong way around with the home/away team.

If the Philly Eagles play the Washington Redskins in DC, it would be shown as

Eagles at Washington - the away team comes first. So a 17-10 score means that the away team won. Confusing as hell when you first get here.

249-1 or 1-249, I don't really mind, so long as Ricky Ponting is picking his teeth up from the crease after a vicious bouncer..

Hah! A tasty 150 was a real captain's knock...

Nice little lead of 44, with only 5 wickets down...

Got draw written all over it. Only England could fuck up this game and lose it. :hehe:

Wait! It is an England game, innit? Bugger!!

Aussies declared at 647/6.

All England have to do is hang on for a draw (and learn to bowl for the next game!)

England 20/2 at tea (Cook and Bopara both LBW). But it's now raining. :eddy:
