Well the Italians have olive problems as well. The frost damaged vast orchards of olives. Be warned there will be imitations they say. You have to laugh the Italians have been doing it for years. Export Italian olive oil is never pure. The best is kept in the country. I only use Greek organic oil. It says it on the tin. Two things that should be taken with a large pinch of salt unless you are paying top prices are wine and olive oil.

I'm reminded I need to hit the local specialty market this weekend... one of the vendors specializes in varieties and infusions of both olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The Tuscan herb olive oil and red apple balsamic vinegar are on a salad.
