The problem for me, is putting group identity ahead of individual identity.

When some racist says that black people are marginalized, they should immediately be asked - which black people?

Next they should be forced to answer, who marginalized them?

They've got an answer for "which," and that is "they all are." All blacks are marginalized because they all bear the oppression of racism, and all whites are racist because even if they're not overtly racist, they benefit from white privilege and white colonial racist history. It's a way to make everyone guilty, even if they haven't done anything wrong. The same SJW shit goes on the sex-relations milieu. It's not just some men doing bad things, some men raping, some men laughing at bullying and other bad things - it's all men based on toxic masculinity, and even if you are a kind, compassionate, caring, good-hearted, non-discriminatory guy who hasn't hurt anyone, you bear the guilt of toxic masculinity because you derive the benefit of patriarchal privilege - therefore, you bear an obligation of atonement to "be better" or "do more."

It's the new religion of the day. A boy is born with original sin, and must spend his life atoning for it - maybe, by through grace, not through works (because no matter what you do - no matter how good you are - you still owe penance for the privilege/patriarchal benefit). No no. He's saying that white people generally don't feel unsafe because they aren't in groups where jokes are told about a marginalized group to which they belong. And, conveniently, white males are not a marginalized group. Ergo, they can not be "practically" unsafe. .

You're still misreading it. He's not saying they can't feel unsafe. He's saying they don't feel unsafe as part of a marginalised group. Which is of course largely true. It's an inability to understand what a member of a marginalised group goes through.
