You're over thinking this. Just decriminalise prostitution.

Hedonism is one legitimate human mode, but those for whom it is the only mode are rather one dimensional...

depends, I'm hedonist, but I've had to learn to take intellectual pleasure in some thing for lack of more fleshly pleasures to be had.

I'm fairly certain from your overall posts that you are not purely hedonistic...

Well the Creator/s of the Universe would not have given us dopamine, if they didn't want us to be happy

:tea:

    William Shakespeare
    Sonnet 118

Like as to make our appetite more keen
With eager compounds we our palate urge,
As to prevent our maladies unseen,
We sicken to shun sickness when we purge.

Even so being full of your ne'er-cloying sweetness,
    To bitter sauces did I frame my feeding;
And sick of welfare found a kind of meetness,
To be diseased ere that there was true needing.

Thus policy in love t' anticipate
The ills that were not, grew to faults assured,
And brought to medicine a healthful state
Which rank of goodness would by ill be cured.

But thence I learn and find the lesson true,
Drugs poison him that so feil sick of you.

Are we talking about Subjective hedonism of Objective hedonism?

:tea:
I believe we're talking about the subjectivity of hedonism's object. :tea:

Trigger Warning!!!1! :
That is to say, that sonnet 118 is from the Fair Youth sequence.
