But shouldn't it just be one question "When were you born" ?

Just read an article on Hobbes. Doesn't sound like my type of philosophy. He's an authoritarian for feck's sake.
And how come there is a bigger gap between Hobbes and Nietzsche on Comte's than mine.
I call shenanigans.

I would have preferred a "100% Nietzsche, 3% Hume, 0% everything else"..

Who the hell is John Stuart Mill

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.
But those letters are not silent.
They're just waiting their turn.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

I done the test again because I suspect I mis-clicked on one of the questions. Probably the one about government. Here's my result.
1. Nietzsche (100%)
2. Ayn Rand (85%)
3. Jean-Paul Sartre (85%)
4. David Hume (83%)
5. Stoics (82%)
6. Kant (74%)
7. Thomas Hobbes (67%)
8. Epicureans (54%)
9. Cynics (52%)
10. Nel Noddings (49%)
11. John Stuart Mill (48%)
12. Prescriptivism (43%)
13. Spinoza (40%)
14. Aristotle (39%)
15. Aquinas (28%)
16. Ockham (28%)
17. Jeremy Bentham (22%)
18. St. Augustine (22%)
19. Plato (18%)
More like it. Thomas Hobbes my arse. I find his view on government to be against my liking.
Not happy with that bitch Ayn Rand being up top.
Or maybe the whole thing is a croc.

No surprises here, except seeing Kant up there at #3, and "Cynics" so low down on the list. I guess I'm really just a live-and-let-die sort of fellow. Good to see Plato and Rand bringing up the rear. Ockham has zilch to do with morality, except for saying that "less is more".

I'll get you, my pretty, and your little God, too!
