And, she's played racist politics herself previously, against Obama. It's a big issue. Just google it, for fuck's sake.
Hillary is a conservative southern Democrat from fucking Arkansas.

Well of course it wouldn't let him off the hook with Repubs because they have so many KKK supporters. It doesn't sound like they do much to renounce them in general at all from what I can make out.Forty Two wrote:Riiiiiiiiggghhhht.... like if a Republican Senator had once been in the KKK, his "renunciation" would let him off the hook in the media and among Democrats.... suuuuurre....um, yeahhhhhhhh.... of course.Animavore wrote:Also, Robert Byrd renounced the KKK. "so many KKK supporters?" -- you mean, so many of the about 5,000 actually KKK members in this country of 330,000,000 people? LOL. Republicans outright reject the KKK. It doesn't even matter to people like you what anyone actually says -- Trump has said "i totally disavow the KKK" and still you lie and pretend he doesn't. What more do you want the guy to say? Even long after he "disavowed" he's still asked by dick-bags like Ryan and McConnell to "disavow." http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/speaker- ... d=37308144

Where did I lie? I literally just read that Trump has never renounced the KKK. Also want a source for the "5,000" KKK members. I recently read a report about these guys infiltrating police stations and government. Not really a task I associate with a small cadre of marginalised individuals.

Re: Bernie vs Trump presidential debate......
He fucking disavowed them on TV interviews and at a Republican debate. Do you not pay any attention to that which you are discussing while pretending to know what you're talking about? On March 3, 2016 in Detroit, at the Republican debate that Thursday, he disavowed David Duke and the Ku Klux Klan, stating expressly "I disavow the Ku Klux Klan. I disavow David Duke."
He previously disavowed on February 26, 2016, which was about a week prior to the debate....
Here he is on 2/29/16 on the Today show -- Pointing out that the same people who heard him disavow duke/kkk at a news conference, asked him again on another show about the same issue. It's plain that they just kept asking him over, and over again the same fucking question. He says here "I disavowed David Duke all weekend long and on Twitter, and obviously its never enough..."
They just kept asking him day after day. They don't treat Hillary like this. If you follow this, you see it. And, it's part of why people support Trump. They are sick of the media being like this.
As for the size of KKK membership, the Antidefamation League (ADL) says this, "There are over a hundred different Klan chapters around the country, with a combined strength of members and associates that may total around 5,000. " Members AND ASSOCIATES (non-members who are associated with a group) -- total around 5,000 - and that includes groups like Nazi groups - Aryan Nations, Christian identity groups, etc., not just groups that use the acronym KKK. If you want another estimate, the Southern Poverty Law Center estimates between 5,000 and 8,000 members among 100s of disparate, often warring among themselves, groups. Google it. That's from the ADL and SPLC websites. Hardly a group worth mentioning.
Fucking KKK, dude? These folks are not taken seriously by anyone. It's a smokescreen.

Re: Bernie vs Trump presidential debate......
I can only wish David Duke could get elected vice president lol. Actually it's a shame we weren't electing David Duke for president.
If David Duke were elected President, we'd not be involved in useless middle eastern wars, the US would not be involved in wreckless imperalism, cities would be safe after dark, jails would be empty, 9/11 would never have happened, organized crime would be gone, low skilled workers would be able to support a family, welfare would be a safety net instead of a way of life, manufacturing jobs would be in the US still, illegal aliens would number in the thousands instead if millions. The US would be a peaceful and prosperous place if only David Duke were President.

A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

David Duke ran in the 1988 Democratic Presidential primaries. He won the New Hampshire Vice-Presidential Primary as a Democrat.
Disavowals, anyone? Why is it taking so long for the Democrat Party to issue a clear, unequivocal disavowal of Duke's candidacy?

Bull Conner was a Democrat. So were Strom Thurmond. Lester 'Axehandle' Maddox, Robert Byrd, and George Wallace. Hell Byrd was Grand Cyclops of the Klan for years. These lightweight Republican racists ain't a pimple on a Democrat racist's lily white ass. And Trump? Fuck him, when's the last time he turned firehoses and police dogs on peaceful black marchers? Nah, you want real, dyed in the wool, old timey racism you gotta go Democrat.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Trump's a racist, because, well, he must be. He's a white, male, cisgender, wealthy businessman. He just MUST be racist, because, you know, that's the way those people are....laklak wrote:Bull Conner was a Democrat. So were Strom Thurmond. He hasn't said anything racist? Doesn't matter, we know he's racist...
He has advanced no racist policies? Doesn't matter...
He's hired plenty of minorities and women, and held them to the same standards as white men? Doesn't matter...
He said something about a moratorium on MUSLIM immigration, so, well, that's "racist." And, you know, he wants to stop people from illegally crossing the American border, and, well, you know, that's racist too. So, he's a racist.

He endorsed Trump in 2016. Trump still thinks it's terrific. So do a lot of his supporters.

LOL - so, no matter how many times Trump disavows and otherwise rebukes the guy, we know he thinks it's terrific -- and, of course, we know "a lot" of Trump supporters just love David Duke....piscator wrote:Forty Two wrote:David Duke ran in the 1988 Democratic Presidential primaries. How do you know they're racists?
Well, cuz, they're racist. And, if they're racist, then they must be racists.

Well, it was those first couple times...when he had to think about for so long....Then when he found out it might look bad for his campaign, he started disavowing and winking.

Re: Bernie vs Trump presidential debate......
Of course, it wasn't the first couple of times, because he immediately disavowed. He only "hesitated" when people began asking him about certain unnamed "groups" that he should also disavow, and Trump didn't want to disavow groups before being made aware of which groups they were talking about.piscator wrote:Well, it was those first couple times...when he had to think about for so long....Then when he found out it might look bad for his campaign, he started disavowing and winking.
It's such a load of shit - and it's all the kind of nonsense you're selling here - he's just winking -- we know he's really a racist, and his racist supporters know he's a racist, so they're just speaking in code..... typical progressive bullshit.
