b) if the vikings in those instances were invaders (i.e. settlers) rather than just raiders, then it's logical they should have brought their women with them, even if they were basically noncombatants
c) historical sources completely disagree with those "findings". historical sagas don't have women fighters, and even in legendary sagas, they are rare and borderline freakish.
