I am a man. However I feel would not - could not change that. It would be as if you scrunched your eyes and wished real hard that you were taller. You wouldn't be.

A ruler would still read 5'8" (or whatever you matured up to) and that feeling you had of 'being taller' wouldn't mean anything outside of your mind.
