I mean I am from the states but I am a British citizen now...
Natural beauty for sure, I miss Big Sur. Wales is beautiful too, just different. The cocktail bars (though they are getting better here), dive bars, the mexican food, the ability to get a burger medium rare, the range of produce most grocery stores have (though don't know if that's specific to California), high fives, ice in drinks, big open roads. So mostly food and drink related
