As an amateur psychologist, my free advice is don't get pissed.
And if you do get pissed, leave the discipline and arguing till you're sober.
And then, try to see the situation as others experience it, before taking any action.
Personally, I'm always right when I'm pissed. But strangely, it doesn't seem to make me popular.
