I played through God of War (the newer one) several times. Just finishing my second playthrough of Horizon Zero Dawn. Was wondering what to play next and stumbled across Gravity Rush 2. Never heard of this game before but it looks incredibly beautiful.

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Just got Skyward Sword. Was excited to play a Zelda game I'd never played before but good god this is awful. A HUGE step backwards from Twilight Princess, its predecessor. I hope it gets better? :what:

I'm working through Cyberpunk one crash at a time.

@tatt, Skyward Sword felt better to me on the Wii U. There's goodness there but the motion control constrains some of the immersive qualities.

So after watching 11 half hour tutorials on Europa Universalis IV, I've got the basics of the game sorted I think. So I started a game. Started off well by conquering Granada from the heathen (Moors) to add to my territory (I'm Castille - basically Spain with the eastern portion under other's control (Aragon)). So I thought, what's next? Attack Morocco. It seems I may have over-extended myself. Initially conquered a fair bit of terrain, but I've got strong uprisings at home that I need to put down, using military resources I need against a resurgent Morocco. There's a 'war score' that tracks the progress of the war. I'm currently -5%. So Morocco is doing slightly better than me. Did I make a mistake? Let's see what happens...

The war score is now -13%. I've just realised that this includes all the allies fighting as well. So one of my allies is Austria, and one of Morocco's is the Ottomans. And the Ottomans are the powerhouse of this time (1460). And they are doing well against Austria. I shouldn't have asked Austria to declare war as well. :fp:

Elden Ring is the only game right now.

Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. Actually doing as much tinkering with my graphics card as playing. I just bought an Asus TUF RTX 3060, replacing a prehistoric Radeon HD 7770. I have some thought of returning it and getting a 3070, but the 3070 is $200 more, and I'm inclined to just buy something better in 1-2 years and take my losses on this card instead. This card was only $459.

Finished Final Fantasy XV recently. There was a lot about it that I didn't like. Still, I played the shit out of it, and even got the Pocket Edition version. I loved the art style of the Pocket Edition, and kinda wish the regular game was like that.
Anyway, just got this one for my Switch. It ought to keep me busy for a while:

I hear a lot about Tears of the Kingdom. With my hands, I can't do a Nintendo Switch. But I'm enjoying my XBOX. I'm on what I think is the last challenge in Ori and the Blind Forest. I tend to hop around a lot. When I first got my XBOX, I was eager to play the Assassin's Creed games on it, but I've got so many games on it that I never stick to anything for long. I recently picked up Dragonquest XI and The Ezio Collection of AC games, based on reading that AC II was one of the best. I've tried to branch out, but platformers / Metroidvanias are the sweet spot for me. I started playing Ori and the Will O' Wisp, but it doesn't seem as challenging as Blind Forest. And I picked up the Medley of Pain for Dead Cells. I had a good run the other day -- under two minutes without even trying to do a speed run.

I play it on my TV, not directly on my Switch. (I don't know how anyone can play any game on such a small screen.) I also purchased Nintendo's larger controller for adult-sized hands. That had been a must, after getting very frustrated with the little dinky one that comes standard with the Switch.

I haven't started Tears of the Kingdom yet, as I fully expect it to consume my life for at least the next six months or so. So what did I do? Started playing another massive, open-world game instead :? :dunno:
Witcher 3. Quite a nice-looking game.

I have Witcher 2 and 3 in my library waiting for me to play them.

I tried Witcher 1 but I just couldn't get into it. The combat was horrible.
