Trigger Warning!!!1! :
Just finished the game with NCR. Unfortunately, the ranger armor (the one from the cover) are only the bodyguards of the President (and also they are snipers)

No spoilers pls!

I'm currently playing to win for myself - screw the NCR and the Legion.

I've spent more time modding mods to get them to work properly than actually playing the game. :@

No problem, I don't think that was a spoiler. You can find NCR rangers all over the place. I was just sayin' :)

I'm playing for myself in my current game (almost done modding it to my satisfaction). That means I miss all the Legion and NCR quests, except the side ones. Nice for replay value.

Argh! I'm tired of fixing other people's mods! Most of the time they don't have their directories setup right - I mean come on. Amateurs. :P

I've only released two so far, one is still wip. When I'm done it I'll link.

Google "new vegas nexus" there's close to 5000 mods there atm.

I'm also working an a Remington 700 mod. I've finished the 3d model mostly - just have to add some fine details like the safety if I want. Now I have to texture it.. Probably another 30-40 hours of work before I release it.

Ah, so THAT'S why you were looking for the hi-res Remington 700 photos. If you were doing a a Ruger Mini-14, S+W 686, or S+W 442 snub, I could totally get you high-res texture photos. :D

Yep. Thanks to Gawd I've got a beautiful model - as close to the real thing as you could wish.

I've also found this gunsmith that specializes in custom finishes for 700's who put out a pdf catalogue with their stuff, so I have some sweet high res textures to work with :)

It's been a lot of work, probably 60 hours spent on making the model already.. If I was getting paid for this..

Now I'm just looking for some high res scope pics of the Leupold I mentioned in the other thread to get that model just right. Textures aren't really important for it - matte black.
