THere's a short video, watch it, it's fascinating and the stuff she produces is ingenious.

She has her own website as well. Some of the things in her portfolio are amazing. http://www.keirarathbone.com/kr_site/

I love people that make art in unusual ways. :awesome:

The only thing I can do is make farts in unusual ways *brap!* :sigh:
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

I like art made in creative ways too, especially when it involves something made for another purpose like this. Nice find! :td:

Great stuff! I gave my typewriter to the parents in the late 80s when I discovered the 'puter (their old typewriter, that I used to play with and occasionally used seriously as a kid, was rather worn out at this stage). I typed my first thesis on typewriter, the next was on a 24 pin dot matrix printer. How technology changed so quickly.

So retro ascii art?
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Code: Select all

   $str = str_replace(array("\{","\}")," ",$str);

I did watch a bit of it. It is ascii art. She is bloody good at it though.
