Re: What is the longest book you own?
As a contiguous piece of work it must be Ayn Rands 'Atlas Shrugged' which makes a great talking piece but anyone tried to read it?

Not sure... likely a 1980+p collection of Icelandic sagas... I may have some bigger ones, but that one has been read cover to cover, and is printed small

The main manuscript collapsed under its own weight and was eventually dropped on Nagasaki.Gawdzilla Sama wrote:That's the summary.Clinton Huxley wrote:Someone needs to form a committee to look into forming a committee into forming a committee into summarising that.Gawdzilla Sama wrote:Revise that gov doc to over six feet. Samyutta Nikaya. I don't think I'll live long enough to finish it. 2,072 pages.

The Bible by God.
Other than that.. several textbooks on biology, math, philosophy, and programming.
Other than those.. probably The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. It weighs in at 718 pages in this printing. I've read half of it, and I keep meaning to finish it.
